When you meet with one of our trainers for your visit, they will take the time over the course of an hour to get to know you, your fitness goals, stumbling blocks you have or are currently facing in reaching your goal, as well as taking you through a 30 minute private workout. After that our trainer will be able to best guide you towards the best option moving forward.
